Training: Food Hygiene
This course provides a basic awareness of food hygiene.
Training session involves:
- legislation and policy on food handling
- causes of food poisoning
- cross contamination
- personal hygiene
- dress codes
- cleaning and temperature control
- pests
Currently updated every two years from the date of Induction Course for all Personal Assistants.
