Our Services
At ‘Complete’ we strive to ensure the highest quality of care provision by providing bespoke care packages, which are tailored to our clients’ individual needs.
We understand that each stage of our system delivery is vital to enable us to identify the specific requirements of our clients and implement the most appropriate care provision for their chosen lifestyle from both a clinical and social perspective.
Assessment is a key tool in preparing an appropriate care package for our clients. All of our assessments are carried out by highly experienced and appropriately trained nurses.
We pride ourselves in sourcing and identifying the appropriate individuals to work closely with our clients and their families. Following the initial interview stage successful applicants are then introduced directly to our clients, promoting client choice, flexibility and consistency. We understand the importance of involving the client and purchaser in every stage of the recruitment process and believe client choice is the key to our success.
All Personal Assistants receive the appropriate training through our 5-day Induction Programme and any additional training needs specific to the individual client. Training and development is ongoing and carried out by experienced professionals in the relevant field, while our care managers and nurses monitor working practices on an ongoing basis.
Through our robust managerial and nursing structure, we are able to continuously monitor and review our care packages to ensure the appropriate level of care is being delivered.
We work in partnership with Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) and Social Service Departments throughout the country, as well as the independent sector.
As a leading specialist we recognise the importance of having the internal resources to develop and maintain complex provision. All costs for care management, administration and ongoing recruitment and training are included within our service enabling you to purchase high quality support at a competitive price.
Emergency Cover - Rapid Response Team
To manage the ongoing requirement for emergency cover due to the inevitable situations which may arise i.e. sickness, The Complete Group employ a team of highly skilled Personal Care Assistants throughout the country to offer a fast response to shift cover in the event of an emergency. All members of our Rapid Response Team are highly skilled and trained to the appropriate level to be able to manage the complex needs of our clients.
In the event of an emergency our clients and staff have access to an ‘out of hours’ emergency line, which is operated by our in-house Rota Department. Our Care Managers and nursing staff also provide an on-call service operated on a rota basis and can be contacted via the emergency line.
Our Guarantee of Excellence
Background checks for all Personal Assistants (PAs)
We comply with all statutory regulations regarding work practices and operate and equal opportunities policy with clients and employees. All employees supply two references and undertake an Enhanced Disclosure (police check) through the Criminal Records Bureau before starting work with us.
Training and client satisfaction
All PAs undergo an induction training programme before starting work under the guidance of qualified and experienced tutors, who are experts in their field. Working practices are monitored by Complete Group representatives through organised reviews and informal meetings with clients. Questionnaires are regularly distributed in order to monitor client satisfaction.
Complaints
Where improper conduct results in a complaint being made, we have a set procedure. Firstly, clients are encouraged to contact their manager or care co-ordinator and discussion and investigation on the complaint will follow in all cases.
