Experience: I started work with The Complete Group in April 2000 as a Personal Assistant in a Complex Package. I was promoted to Manager in 2001 and I have a steady progression to current position. I worked for 9 years with Avis Rent A Car and 2 years in a car hire agency as the manager / owner.
Qualifications: I am currently working towards a Degree in Social Care.

Experience: I started with CPA in 2000 as a Rota Manager after 3 years I transferred to the operations division. I have worked as a Complex Care Manager all over the country for several years. In 2007 I was promoted to Senior Complex Care Manager (Deputy to Director of Operations). I have several years experience of working with Ventilator Dependant Clients and other Clients with complex needs. Before joining The Complete Group, I worked as a branch superintendent for a nursing agency for 5 years.
Qualifications: NVQ Level 4 in Management.
