Senior Care Manager (North)

Experience: I have worked for The Complete Group since 2001 starting as a PA working with spinal and acquired brain injury clients. I progressed to a manager’s position in 2002 and have managed a variety of our clients’ packages since that date. I have worked in a variety of jobs, but mainly my experience was in sales.
Qualification: NVQ Level 4 in Management, European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) and I am currently undertaking ITQ Level 2.

Experience: I started with the Complete Group in 1999 as a live-in PA, followed by work in High Dependency packages in Birmingham. I then progressed to care co-ordinator then to a Care Manager I have now been promoted to Senior Care Manager for the East Region. Prior to working with The Complete Group, I worked at Selly Oak Hospital as a nursing assistant.
Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 & GNVQ in Health & Social Care, I am currently working on NVQ Level 4 in Management.

Experience: I worked as a PA for 3 years before progressing to Care Manager in May 2004 and Senior Care Manager in December 2007. I have travelled to Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia and the Ukraine assisting the recruitment department. I worked for ten years for Social Services caring for the elderly before starting work with The Complete Group.
Qualifications: NVQ Level 4 in Management, NVQ Level 2 in IT and European Computer Driving License (ECDL).
