Experience: I Started with CPA in 1999 as a Rota co-ordinator and then moved to Head of the Quality Dept. My role incorporates co-ordinating many accreditation audits from a number of Authorities and CSCI (Commission for Social Care Inspection). The Quality Department monitors all the paperwork from the Operational Team and Clients.
Qualification: NVQ Level 4 Management (Institute of Leadership & Management) May 2008. NVQ Level 2 Customer Service (City & Guilds) March 2007. NVQ ITQ Level 2 (BCS) Feb 2007.

Experience: I have been with the Complete Group for nearly three years as Rota Manager, during this time I have achieved various certificates including Health and Social Care. I am also a first aider and Fire Warden. My previous experience includes, Managing a sales Office, Purchasing, Telesales.
Qualification: BTEC in Health & Social Care and I have also achieved my Level 3 Business Administration.

Experience: I have worked in Recruitment for 10 years. I have various Recruitment based qualifications. As Recruitment Manager at Complete Group my aim is to efficiently organise the employment process in order to provide a consistent service to our clients.
My first role with Complete Group was a Recruitment Co-ordinator, which was in line with my previous role at a recruitment agency. Complete Group introduced me to a very specific and complex type of Recruitment, which I thoroughly enjoy.
As part of my role I spend some time abroad in various countries, which have included Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, South Africa, Lithuania, Poland, Estonia and Hungary. I also get involved with UK based open days and interviewing and have the benefit of working with a knowledgeable team.
Qualifications: Degree in Project Management, Recruitment and Selection Module and NVQ 3 in Business Administration and Customer Services.

I have been working for Complete since November 2004. I started with the company as Training Administrator, but through my development I later progressed onto Training Co-ordinator and am now Training Manager. My main responsibilities are the day to day running of the Training Department and supervision of our in-house Trainers.
Qualifications: CITP (Certificate in Training Practice), CIPD Certified, NVQ ITQ Level 2 (BCS)
