Experience: I joined CPA as an Independent Living Manager before gaining promotion to Complex Care Manager in 2005. Where I have worked and been part of developing the East Region. I ran a homecare agency for 11 years, before joining CPA in 2003.
Qualifications: Preliminary Certificate in Social Care, NMBS Certificate in Management and NVQ Level 4 in Management.

Experience: I started work with CPA in 2004 as a personal assistant, and then progressed to care co-ordinator before progressing to care manager role in 2004, I am now Complex Care Manager for the South of the Country and I have been in this position since Dec 2007. I studied as a mental health nurse for over two years. I also studied social care. I have worked also in a drug rehabilitation unit and young offenders unit in the past in Dublin Ireland, where I was responsible for monitoring and implementing ongoing care and rehabilitation programs for clients.
Qualifications: Diploma in Social Care Management, Higher National Diploma in sound production.
