Clinical Nurse Manager (North East)

Experience: I have worked with the Complete Group for 3 and a half years. I have been working within the sphere of Nursing in total for 24 years. I converted from being an SEN to RGN with Brookes University Oxford then worked at the National Spinal Injuries Centre at Stoke Mandeville Hospital.
Most recent previous roles have included working and training within the Medical commercial sector for Independence Technology. In a National role as the First Nurse Advisor providing training support for a UK Sales team within Theatre and ITU domain.
Qualifications: ENG, RGN, ENB 998, 317 (Spinal Injuries) Business and Finance with MANCAT. I have achieved The Reiki First Degree Level in 2007 and I am now commencing Level Two in October 2008.
Eva Lloyd RGN
Clinical Nurse Manager (East)

Experience: Qualified in Spain in 1999, I began working in the UK in 2000, developing my skills especially in Intensive Care. I joined The Complete Group in 2004 as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and was promoted to my current position in 2006. My strongest clinical interest is respiratory management and mechanical ventilation and I enjoy using these skills to aid our clients with complex care needs to live independently in the community. I felt great fulfilment when we assisted one of our clients with ABI to wean off his ventilator. I have been extensively involved in performing assessments for clients continuing Healthcare Criteria for local PCT and for our clients at The Complete Group.

Stuart Saunders RNCB
Clinical Paediatric Nurse Manager

Experience: I am a Registered Practice Nurse with 13 years of nursing experience. I trained at Liverpool John Moore’s University School of Nursing, after which I practiced paediatric nursing at the Royal Liverpool Children’s NHS Trust. I have been with the Complete Group since October 2007 joining as a Paediatric Nurse Manager.
Qualifications: ENB 998 in Teaching & Assessing in Clinical Practice, Level 2 in Management and Team Leadership.

Experience: Since 2000 my experience has been in intensive care. I have also worked in agency nursing in neuro intensive care / rehabilitation. I have a keen interest in tissue viability and mentorship.

Experience: I am a registered adult nurse with 9 years experience. After qualifying in 2000 at Salford University I worked for Lancashire teaching hospitals in the intensive care unit. Over my 7 years employed within intensive care I gained extensive critcal care experience reaching a sisters post and completed numerous courses, such as, 'Critcal Care Transport', 'Professional and Legal Issues in Critical Care' and 'Leadership At The Point Of Care', to name but a few and completed my degree in 'Specialist Practice'. I also hold level I counselling skills. I joined Complete in 2006 as a 'Clinical Nurse Specialist' where my profession grows and I have recently become a 'People Handling and Risk Assessment Key Trainer' and an expert witness for NVQ's.
