Experience: I have 30 years nursing experience in both acute and community settings. My specialist areas are Complex Care Provision for the young physically disabled at home and marketing to healthcare professionals and clients in this arena.

Experience: I have been with The Complete Group 2004. Prior to this I had 4 years medical and surgical experience in acute settings and 5 years critical care experience. I joined the company as a Nurse Team Leader for a spinally injured ventilated client in his own home. Due to the rapid growth of the company my role evolved and I became Clinical Nurse Specialist for The Complete Group, managing a case load of clients in the South of England. For the previous two years I have been Clinical Nurse Manager for the Southern region managing nurses and their caseloads.
Within The Complete group, I currently specialise in the assessment of individuals with complex health care needs and am involved in setting up appropriate packages of care which promote the clients well being and independence.
Qualification: RN DipHE Adult Nursing and Diploma in Critical Care Studies.
