Our Guarantee of Excellence
…background checks for all Personal Assistants
CPA complies with all statutory regulations regarding work
practices and operates an equal opportunities policy with clients and employees.
All employees supply two references and undertake an enhanced police check
prior to commencing employment.
…training and client satisfaction
All Personal Assistants undergo an Induction Training programme
before they begin work under the guidance of qualified and experienced tutors
who are experts in their field. Working practices are then monitored by CPA
representatives through both organised reviews and informal meetings with clients.
Questionnaires are regularly distributed in order to monitor client satisfaction.
