    Our Services

We offer hourly and live-in positions as personal assistants (PAs), all of whom are recruited specifically to work with a particular client to support the development of strong working relationships and job satisfaction. PAs are supported and supervised on an ongoing basis by our care managers and nurses.

No previous experience is necessary. All PAs attend our five-day mandatory induction course at our head office before working with their client and training continues on an ongoing basis. Benefits of the role include:

    • competitive rates of pay and enhancements for bank holiday working
    • five-day induction training, paid for by Complete
    • payment of enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check
    • QCF qualifications and ongoing training and support
    • opportunities for promotion
    • regular reviews and management support
    • up to five weeks’ paid holiday.

    Hourly care roles

PAs in hourly care roles work as part of a team on a rota basis. Most of our care packages follow a rolling rota, giving PAs consistency with working hours.

Dependent on the client’s needs, PAs work on either a one-to-one basis with the client or alongside another PA.  The role will often involve personal care, moving and handling, domestic tasks and social requirements.

    Live-in care roles

Live-in PAs live within the client’s home and work with the client on a one-to-one basis. The role will often involve personal care, moving and handling, domestic tasks and social requirements. In some packages, PAs will need to drive the client’s vehicle, to enable them in going to work, socialising, attending appointments and shopping.

Typically, a PA will live with their client for between one to three weeks, followed by a one or two-week break. Food and accommodation are provided while the PA is on shift.
