Food Hygiene

Acquired Brain Injury

This course provides a basic awareness of food hygiene.

Training session involves:

legislation and policy on food handling
causes of food poisoning
cross contamination
personal hygiene
dress codes
cleaning and temperature control
pests

Currently updated every two years from the date of Induction Course for all Personal Assistants.
