We are now teaching a nationally recognised Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid.

We are registered and licensed by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator for health and social care in England, and to achieve this we must meet the CQC’s five essential standards of care. One of these standards is that clients of health and social care services can expect to be cared for by qualified staff.

Training begins commences with a comprehensive, mandatory induction course compliant with the Skills for Care Common Induction Standards, to ensure that all employees comply with statutory training requirements. Further training is ongoing and tailored to meet the needs of both our personal assistants and clients.
