Our philosophy:

Our client-centred approach works towards set goals to reach the individual’s maximum potential, working with professional direction, or our dedicated in-house ABI team, who provide stability and ongoing support for the client’s team.
Family:
We recognise the impact an ABI can have upon family and friends and so seek to respect and maintain the client’s family and social relationships and to help the client reinterpret what is meaningful to them. We aim to give informed structure to the client’s life and to enable them to re-establish, with support, their rightful place in society.
Training:
We provide a flexible service as care providers, bringing together the requirements of the client’s specific needs, with ongoing professional input, together with other specialised areas of care and expertise which Complete offers through its multi-disciplinary team.
We believe that the training, support and supervision of our staff are fundamental to providing the stability and continuity required by ABI clients. It encourages staff retention, which is vital for success in this challenging area.
