chosen lifestyle.”
The Company was formed in 1996 with Managing Director,

We specialise in setting up packages for both adults
and children with our current CSCI

that a personalised care package is tailor made for each individual.’ Our
highly trained Care Assistants and Nurses offer specialised care in the
use of medical equipment including ventilators, thus enabling our service
to cover those who have experienced:
CSCI also reported that ‘many service users and
their families state that they receive a high level of support from a
dedicated team of Personal Assistants and Nurses. Many commented that
they would not be able to live at home without this support.’
We also provide advocacy services being prepared to
represent clients’ interests to official bodies with the addition
of case management services supplied as an integral part of our care
provision. Specialist Case Managers can compile medico-legal reports
in compensation claims that follow personal injuries.
Our multi disciplinary teams provide a high level of
service and are available to offer support and guidance to our service
users.
We operate a Customer Care Working Party which assists
the Senior Team to identify any problems and works to overcome them and
maintain the highest possible customer service level to our service users.
The team comprises of all Heads of Departments – including office
based Managers, the Heads of Complex and Standard Care, and a member
of the Operational Team. Any information passed onto them from the teams
out in the field will be looked at on a monthly basis. In the future
we intend to also involve service users in this group.
