Sally Yandle

Managing Director

Quality in everything we do is at the heart of Sally’s vision for Complete, from the services we provide to maximising quality of life for the people we support.

She has worked in service sector organisations for more than 25 years, for much of that time in senior directorships and in a specialist recruitment role for a global company. More recently, she has worked in the health, complex healthcare, and domiciliary care and learning disability fields.

Joanne Cooper

Head of Clinical Services

Joanne, who joined our team in 2011, is a trained nurse with wide-ranging care experience that includes working as assistant director of nursing in a large NHS trust before moving into the private sector.

Leigh Taylor

Head of Finance

Leigh originally worked for Complete several years ago and rejoined us in 2011. She has always worked in financial roles across the public and private sectors and puts her experience to good use as our Head of Finance.

Gail Wilkins

Head of Operations

Gail, a member of our team for more than a decade, works alongside managers of our North, Central and South regions on issues including training of new managers and staff, as part of our focus on best supporting clients and their families.
