    Complete Personal Assistance is registered by the Care Quality Commission to supply nurses to care for and support people in their own homes.

    Complete Personal Assistance is a unique corporate business which provides a professional care delivery service nationwide, to support individuals of a variety of ages and challenges to their abilities.

    The head office is situated on the ground floor in office suites within part of a corporate office building in Telford, where there is full access for disabled service users, as well as designated disabled parking spaces.

    The Responsible Individual and the Registered Manager is Joanne Cooper, Head of Clinical Services.

    Background checks for all our personal assistants

    All our personal assistants and other employees must supply two references and have received a satisfactory enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check before starting work with us.

    We comply with all statutory regulations regarding work practices and operate and equal opportunities policy with clients and employees.

    Training and client satisfaction

    All our PAs undergo a five-day induction training programme, under the guidance of qualified and experienced tutors, before starting work with clients.

    Care managers and nurses monitor working practices on an ongoing basis, including through informal meetings and organised reviews with clients, and questionnaires are also regularly distributed in order to monitor client satisfaction.

    Compliments and complaints

    We have a comprehensive compliments and complaints procedure in place. Any feedback is recorded and investigated in line with this procedure, with managers reviewing every compliment/complaint and ensuring that appropriate action is taken.
