The Complete Group was founded in 1996 to provide bespoke, person-centred complex health care packages (padi for) for UK-wide clients. In 2009, we became part of Housing 21, the leading national social enterprise providing care, health and housing for older people.

We work with both children and adults – many of them ventilator dependent – in their own homes and have particular expertise in paediatric services. Our clients are affected by:

• acquired brain injury
• traumatic brain injury
• spinal cord injury
• other disabling conditions, including multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy and cerebral palsy.

We recognise that disabilities caused by medical conditions or traumatic accidents require innovative, flexible care solutions that respect each individual’s choices and maximise their independence. We work in partnership with our clients and with purchasing authorities to tailor care packages to individual needs and budgets, delivering person-centred services that combine high quality and cost efficiency.

In designing care packages, assessments are carried out by experienced and appropriately trained nurses to identify the clinical and social requirements for care to support the client’s chosen lifestyle. Client choice is also integral to the recruitment of the personal assistants who provide their day-to-day care, under the supervision of experienced nurses.

We add value to our work through the advice and experience of our multi-disciplinary team in management, clinical training, equipment and housing issues and to ensure that we continue to deliver the most appropriate and cost-effective care on an ongoing basis, care packages are regularly monitored and reviewed.
